[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Content Policy Violation on Non-Sensitive Configuration Output

Question

**Bug Description**
Fable 5's safeguadrd incorrectly flagged the message. There is nothing sensitive or intrusive or mal-intention about the work. It was mereley producing the sample config of network topology for test suite for the application.
