[FEATURE] Add @conversation / @session reference to link other sessions as context

Problem Statement

It would be very practical to be able to reference another session directly in the chat input using an @ mention (similar to how Antigravity supports @conversation), instead of having to manually copy-paste content or ask the assistant to search session transcripts. This would let users quickly pull relevant context from a previous session into the current one.
