[FEATURE] Option to make "/usage" auto update limits

Problem Statement

Currently I keep Claude Cowork open just to check the usage, I only use CLI for real work.
The only advantage is that the Usage screen on Cowork auto updates the limits whereas "/usage" doesn't.

This feature has already been requested here, but it has been closed automatically by a bot.

Proposed Solution

Change the default behavior or add some setting that makes /usage dialog auto-refresh every few minutes.
