[Bug] Tool execution fails to follow instructions and treats clone as chat interface instead of execution tool - all close reports filed despite closure

Question

**Bug Description**
tool has a clone to folloow dclear intsructions, doesnt look up infoe doesnt care about clone adn then ask sme to show it hat to do. this is not only not an exectuiin tool but a shitty as chat bot . you can continue all reports i dont give a fuck all is saved for complaitn concerning false advertisement. hundreds of reports filed not a singl eone handled but all closed. thats not engineering thats trying to shovel shit under a carpet.
