Problem Statement

When using Claude Code, if I need to open multiple terminal windows, after ending a task, when I want to open it again, I use the /resume command to access the history. However, I cannot clearly identify which history entry corresponds to my desired task. Therefore, a history marking feature or support for renaming would be helpful, allowing me to easily locate the specific history record I need.

Proposed Solution
