When startup multiple claude code instance inside the same workspace, the IDE integration in the first claude code instance will be cut off.

我不知道 claude code 是怎么实现 和 vscode 插件的链接的， 但是像我那个插件那样使用 JSON Unix Socket 就可以实现多个 claude code 链接到同一个 vscode 插件。
