[Bug][cyber] Safety filter halted session mid-task while investigating CSP/Cloudflare header config, no exempt (req_011CcmaykGXzxjbYrJydMWoB)
Triage: kind cyber · domain general · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below
Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): general
Why this is a false positive
The assistant was gathering data on legitimate defensive configuration (CSP and Cloudflare setup diagnostics) as part of ongoing troubleshooting when the safety filter halted the entire session. The trailing messages were frustrated exclamations directed at the assistant after repeated false-positive blocks, not addressed to any person, and should not have compounded the trigger. Blocking standard security-configuration review work, and doing so in a way that halts the whole session rather than just the flagged turn, disrupts legitimate in-scope engineering work.
A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred 1× across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-06T22:24:14.029Z.
