[BUG] When Agents are running, the STOP button is disabled

What's Wrong?

[BUG] When Agents are running, the STOP button is disabled - its running silently and cannot be seen, and there is no UI to see what's happening

What Should Happen?

Either
no background agents,
or
allow to stop,
or
a ui to see running agents
