[BUG] Account Form Loop / False Positive Suspension (Tailscale Mesh setup).

What's Wrong?

Description of the Bug

My legitimate developer account was suddenly flagged by an automated network safeguard. However, the primary web-based appeal form at claude.ai/restricted is completely broken and trapped in an infinite loop, rendering manual submission impossible. I have tried various different browsers, clearing session data, incognito mode, etc.

Environment / Root Cause Setup

• Context: Concurrent use of the Claude Web UI and API workspaces.
• Devices: Personal laptop, mobile device, and a Mac Mini.
• Network: The Mac Mini runs Tailscale for headless remote desktop management, and the mobile device occasionally connects to a personal VPN.

The automated security system misflagged this developer mesh configuration as a shared credential profile.

Financial Impact

This account has a valid credit card on file and an active, pre-funded API balance that is now completely trapped, with no way to disable auto-billing or delete the card.

Could a repository maintainer or Anthropic engineer please reach out or pass my case to the internal Trust & Safety human queue? My account email begins with "adamb..." on iCloud. I can provide the full address privately if an internal employee contacts me. Thank you.

Human intervention on reviewing and assisting in either the online form becoming operational or human intervention to review my account and help unsuspendz
