[Feature Request] Allow disabling security warnings for local development environments

Bug Description
False Cybersecurity flag || this is my VM all I needed was claude to clone some data from online to local. there is no need for any security at all the ssh key are configured to the system all we needed to do was likea rsync command to pull the data from vm to local so that when I close the VM all the training and model weights are not lost. but wow that get tagged as this stupidity wtf.
