[Bug] Tool falsely reports file operations as completed without execution

Bug Description
tool claims having read files and clones, had to ask multiple times for it to do anything and not lie. THSI IS A FUCKING CHAT BOT NOT EXECTUION TOOL!!! Thats false advertising
