What's Wrong?

This issue has been opened before: see #51405, but closed without resolution.

I am using Claude Code v2.1.201 on Fedora 44 as of this writing, and the sandboxing is utterly broken. These files are generated at startup as well as when Claude Code is exploring the project directory (keeps getting created and deleted).

What Should Happen?

No stub files should be created.
