[Bug] Keyboard Input Capture Preventing External Application Typing

Bug Description
it keeps happening that im trying to type outside of claude code, but it only allows me to type inside claude code. this happens regardless of whther i use an IDE or not. it happened earlier when running it out of terminal and now through cursor... i can't type outside from it, anything i type goes into claude code.
