[Feature Request] Reduce false-positive abuse flagging for legitimate agent fleet operations

Bug Description
I really cannot express how much I don't like the false-positive flagging of benign Claude usage. I'm in the middle of trying to shut down a fleet of agents to migrate their work to a different build server and apparently this is too much to trust Fable with. You guys need to trust that there are more good actors than bad actors and that if both are given access to this tool, the good actors will always win out in the end.
