[Bug] Claude 5 Sonnet produces poor thinking orchestration code quality and excessive verbosity compared to Opus 4.8

Bug Description
sonnet5 wreak havoc. i dont see opus4.8 quality at all. it's like the old days when u gotta babysit claude telling it every step to not fall on its face. not only that its verbose dramatically filling context liek creazy. also it had deemed epic finioshed in half of implementation
