Bug Description
I had a safeguard flagged - but that is false - here was the prompt that cause fable 5 to switch to opus 4.8 - I was debugging my software controlling gopro cameras - PROMPT: I hit stop on cam1 individually and it stopped, recording, I then hit stop all and cam 2/3 has been soft stopped (ie. not to the visit), but then I hit stop on the actual cameras but that did not change the streaming - this was providing feedback to the model
