[BUG] reading and repeating project instructions back to me every single message.

What's Wrong?

When I send ANY message on mobile, or the app, my project and base instructions are sent with it. It’s eating up my usage, and completely misdirecting the conversation.

What Should Happen?

Normal usage without him responding to my instructions and project instructions.

Happens within a handful of messages after starting a new chat, and with anything older. Began after fable was reintroduced.
