[Bug] Workflows continue executing after Fable security flag demotion

Bug Description
I started a complete audit of a friends app. It got flagged by fable due to also including security. But the agents were already dispached. My workflows all show Fable 5. So it's either a display bug or the workflows ignored the demotion and just ran with Fable.
