[Bug] Scheduled agent run fails silently with Git permission error at execution time instead of validation

Question

**Bug Description**
i asked to create a scheduled agent run, it created for me. But the time it was supposed to run, i got notification that it doesnt have permission on the git repo. If that was the case, it should have complained earlier, as opposed to later
