Fable5 session keep throwing hitting session limit & does not support changing model

Bug Description
Bug - Have been working with Fable and after hitting a 5 hour limit, went back to the session again after a new 5 hour limit given. However, I’m keep on encountering 'session limit' on this session with wrong reset time. Tried switching model to Opus but encountering the same session limit hit error message. Also tried resuming from fresh claude code session, same issue.
