[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Overly broad safeguards blocking legitimate security audit requests

Bug Description
The safeguards flag: that's not about your code. Fable 5 ships with intentionally broad dual-use safeguards (it's the same underlying model as Mythos 5, gated harder), and they currently misfire on routine coding and security-audit work — an "audit for vulnerabilities/exploitable bugs" phrasing pattern-matches offensive-security tooling. Your repo did nothing wrong; send it via /feedback (it genuinely tunes the filters) and the details are at the support link it gave you. If a workflow finder ever trips it, rewording the prompt toward "correctness review" (which is what we do anyway) avoids the pattern.
