What's Wrong or Missing?

The documentation does not explain over performance and response quality between pro account in company's account and personal account.

I believe you guys will say there is no difference because both are "pro" account but reality is not like that

There is no clear expectation performance over Claude Code Headless Mode

I keep complaining about how slow it is, to my surprise when our company have pilot program with Anthropic, the headless mode work much2 faster compared to when i use my personal pro account
and this is also using my working pro account

So both is pro account, one running in my working laptop and another one running in my personal laptop
I can create something with Claude Code Headless mode in my working laptop but not in my personal laptop

previously I got difference in response (reported this issue already too)
now I got difference in performance

business wise, I understand why you guys treat company's customer vs peasant's customer
but it needs to be made very clear and honest

I wonder if response's quality also different....

Oh for comparison
headless mode, pro account, working laptop give response like 3-5 seconds
headless mode, pro account, personal laptop give response in like 2 - 3 minutes? its like hanging sometimes
