[Bug] Claude repeatedly claims to have reviewed files without actually executing read operations

Bug Description
tol says "let me look at the clone" after several failed tasks and having claimed clone was read. this is not exectuoon tool its an incompetent chatbot. misleading product advertisement reported. you can delete all my reports ill fille them all. this is not legal product practice.
