Problem Statement

In Claude Desktop, under Cowork tab, I have some scheduled task running. One runs every two minutes.

• I do not want to be notified every time it runs
• I do I want to have a blue point next to the name of the task under Scheduled
• I do not want a count next to the name of how many instances I have not looked at yet

Proposed Solution

Several UI additions are necessary:

• per task option to disable notifications
• per task option to disable blue dot and count for unread instances
• Read all action from the scheduled where unread instances are shown, so you can batch clean up

These three options would allow a user to use limited resources while keeping the UI unclattered by noise.

I am running an agent to check Stock market fluctuations every two min and act on certain changes. This scheduled agent task then causes UI clattering, unless I read every notifcations.
