[BUG] The prompt for routines created by API is not visible in UI

What's Wrong?

Create a routine via claude cli.
The routine created will have a prompt associated with it.
Go to the routine on the UI on claude.ai
The prompt is not visible to tweak.

What Should Happen?

The prompt visible in cli should be visible in UI too.
