[BUG] Transcript inspection of "ccd_session_mgmt: send message" message for deleted session is unexpected

What's Wrong?

When I have Claude use the ccd_session_mgmt: send message tool to send messages to other sessions the messages appear with special design in the other session, when the session that sent the message is deleted and then the special message is inspected from the other session, it shows the "Initialising session" interface and steps that related to a cloud session being initialised rather than the transcript or a message that the transcript is not available

What Should Happen?

Show the transcript of the deleted session or messaging that the deleted session is not available

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a session sA
2. Start another session sB
3. In sB ask claude to send a message to sA
4. In sA confirm message was received
5. In sA click the message from sB and see transcript from sB is displayed
6. Delete session sB
7. In sA click the message from sB and see Initializing session interface is displayed instead of transcript, also note that initialising session will never progress.
