[FEATURE] ask confirmation prompt when Ctrl + c is clicked twice in Windows machines

Problem Statement

Pretty often I unintentionally end Claude Code sessions on Windows machines by pressing Ctrl+C twice. I believe it is a common issue when Ctrl+C is used for both copying text and terminating processes in terminal environments.

Proposed Solution

Can you please add a confirmation prompt before ending the Claude session? Today I was in the middle of a large refactoring and this happened again.
