[Bug] Claude Code defaults to Opus despite Claude 5 security program enrollment

Bug Description
When trying to review my application's security using Fable 5, the model consistently switches back to Opus, even though I'm already enrolled in your security program. This makes it difficult to run the security checks I expected Fable 5 to help with.

Expected Behavior
Fable 5 should remain the active model during my session, without automatically defaulting to Opus, so I can use it for security review.

Actual Behavior
The model automatically switches to Opus despite my enrollment in the security program, preventing me from completing the security review with Claude 5.
