[Bug] Code migration incomplete - Claude omits features without explicit notification

Bug Description
When converting over jsp to angular, there was some 3D code that was displayed on the jsp page. Most of the 3D javascript was converted over. But for some reason, when asked claude admitted to not converting all the code over. This would have resulted in a bug had I not asked about the one feature. Migrating code and dropping features is definitely an issue.
