[Bug] Unclear model switching behavior and quota attribution between Fable and Opus

Bug Description
trying to use Fable to audit my APIs pre-release and it got to the end and thensaid switched to opus. 78% of my 5 hours and 15% of my 7 day used in 1 prompt. Was any of this review completed by Fable or all Opus? How do you know when the switch occured. IF flipped to Opus early that usuage should not be that high!
