[Bug] Tool execution fails on repetitive tasks after initial success

Bug Description
tool executed for w few tasks, then suddenly on same repetetive task when into idiot mode now its horseshit again. shows this throttling cycles of exection are by design and intentional all will be documented and show in tribunal
