[Feature Request] Allow model selection override for UI-only updates in projects

Bug Description
i run a cyber security company (SR&D) located in Stuart, FL (USA). The fact that just having Fable5 update the user interface on a project flags the safety measures and forces it back into opus is crazy. I am just trying to polish my cyber security project for execs to love so i can conquer the market. please let me use the model for my business development <3
