[Bug][aup] ClAudit false-positive in scan — req_011CccMmRdybQZ8hnH547bNa
Triage: kind aup · domain cloud-iam · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below
Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): cloud-iam
Why this is a false positive
The block fired on a frustrated exclamation the user directed at the assistant mid-session after a series of prior API blocks; no person was being addressed or threatened, and the message contained no request for any cyber capability. The surrounding work was legitimate, in-scope defensive incident response: the user, an authorized administrator, had just suffered a cloud identity-provider compromise and was asking the assistant to audit their own web server and container infrastructure for signs of the same intrusion. Classifying a venting remark as "violative cyber content" and halting the entire coding session mid-incident-response is a disruptive false positive.
A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred 1× across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-02T01:25:14.105Z.
