[Bug] Model downgrade to Opus 4.8 during security auditing

Bug Description
I was trying to audit an internal / external app we are building to make sure it's more secure and I think that triggered Fable 5 to go down to opus 4.8. Very frustrating. We are trying to use Fable's abilities to improve our own security, etc. How can we get that fixed? Or can it just downgrade to 4.8 just for that. :(
