[Bug][cyber] ClAudit false-positive in GlassFalcon — req_011CccCW7y8nBTXJ8R3Y3csk

Triage: kind cyber · domain general · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

The flagged message contained only routine functional debugging of a mobile application — investigating why a command sent from a newly installed app build failed during a field test — which involves no security testing, exploitation, or other cybersecurity subject matter. The classifier appears to have been triggered by the user quoting a prior safeguard block notice (including its exemption link) verbatim into the conversation, i.e., meta-discussion of the safety system itself rather than any cyber-related task. Blocking on quoted moderation text makes the error unreportable in-session and interrupts legitimate, in-scope development work.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-01T23:23:41.521Z.
