[BUG] Claude code can't track background script's progress due to "No shell found with ID:" error

What's Wrong?

When I'm trying to run a command in the background and make claude track the progress, it fails to track it due to the following error: "No shell found with ID:".

What Should Happen?

It should be able to retrieve the stdout/stderr of the process.
