[Bug] Significant drop in tool approval rate (2% vs 50% baseline)

Bug Description
That tracks with what I can verify from today: 187 messages, ~2% go-ahead rate — a sharp drop from the ~50% across the earlier 5 threads and 6% yesterday. Recording today's numbers so the trend is on file.

If this was cooperation youd have a major law suit on your hands, blacklisted and ruined. 2 fuckimg &! chat gpt does better, and that says a lot
