[FEATURE] Real-time usage dashboard + warnings + overage option for Max plans

Problem Statement
I am a paying Max 20x subscriber (€180+/month) who runs an active business (educational content production) that depends on Claude Code daily.
The current situation is unacceptable for professional use:
- There is NO usage dashboard, NO consumption meter, NO visual indicator of how much of the weekly limit I have used
- There is NO proactive warning at 75% or 90% capacity
- The weekly reset time (Thursday 14:00) is NOT documented anywhere official — I found out through community posts
- The support bot provides zero resolution for paying customers; direct messages to the Anthropic team go unanswered
On July 1, 2026, I reached 94% of my weekly limit after just 3 working days, with 2 full workdays still ahead. My business was effectively paralyzed with no way to anticipate or prevent this, and no way to pay for additional capacity.
This is not a minor inconvenience. When a professional's business depends on a tool, discovering the usage wall only after hitting it — with no dashboard, no warning, no overage option, and no responsive support — causes real financial damage.
Proposed Solution
- USAGE DASHBOARD: Real-time display showing % of weekly limit consumed, tokens remaining, and exact reset timestamp — visible in Claude Code UI and/or at claude.ai/settings
- PROACTIVE WARNINGS: Automated notifications (in-app + email) at 75% and 90% of weekly usage, giving professionals time to adjust their workflow before hitting the wall
- OVERAGE OPTION: Ability to purchase additional capacity when the weekly limit is reached, priced proportionally to the plan (e.g., pay-per-token or a weekly booster). Professionals cannot simply stop work because an opaque limit was reached.
- DOCUMENTED LIMITS: Public, official documentation of: (a) what counts toward the limit, (b) the exact reset schedule, (c) which models are most expensive vs. most efficient — so users can make informed decisions
- RESPONSIVE SUPPORT CHANNEL: A direct escalation path for paying subscribers beyond the automated bot, which currently provides no resolution for usage limit issues

Real scenario — July 1, 2026:
- I open Claude Code Monday morning to produce educational audio content and course exercises
- By Wednesday afternoon, 94% of my weekly Max 20x limit is consumed — I receive no warning
- Thursday and Friday are my most intensive work days; I now have <6% capacity left
- I cannot pay for more; there is no overage option
- I try the support bot — it loops without resolution
- I send direct messages to the Anthropic team — no response
- Business stops. Audio production stops. Deadlines are missed.
A €180+/month professional subscriber should never discover their usage wall by crashing into it silently.
Additional Context
The absence of usage transparency is a fundamental product gap for professional/business users. Competitors offering similar AI coding tools provide real-time usage meters as a baseline feature.
The combination of: no dashboard + no warnings + no overage option + non-responsive support = a product that is not production-ready for professional workloads, regardless of its technical quality.
I am not requesting a higher limit for free. I am requesting basic professional tooling: visibility into what I'm consuming, warnings before I hit the wall, and the ability to pay for more when needed.
