[FEATURE] don't add a windows start menu entry with every update

Problem Statement

When the Claude app updates, it always re-creates its entry in my start menu.

Proposed Solution

I use openshell menu and I have organized my start menu so that apps are well-structured in dedicated sub-menus.
Thus, the update should look, if there already is a start menu entry for claude and not add a folder 'Anthropic -> Claude' on the top level.
If this is too complicated, I would like to have a setting which allows disabling the creation of a start menu entry.
