[BUG] Mobile Code tab doesn't show pre-existing desktop Claude Code session

What's Wrong?
I had an active Claude Code session running in the Desktop app's Code tab before pairing my phone for remote access. After pairing, that session doesn't appear in the Code tab on the mobile app — it's missing from the session list entirely, even though the desktop app is open and the session is still running there.
Expected: Sessions already running in the desktop Code tab should appear in mobile's Code tab once devices are paired.
Actual: Session is invisible on mobile's Code tab.
Suspected cause: Mobile sync may only index sessions started/registered after pairing completes, not retroactively pick up ones already in progress.
What Should Happen?

Steps to Reproduce
- Start a Code session on desktop Claude Code
- Go to Code tab of the mobile Claude Code. The existing code session is present.
- Pair the mobile with the desktop via the beta Dispatch
- Go back to the mobile Claude Code. Now, the earlier code session disappears.
The culprit may be the Dispatch.
