Feature Request: Show message timestamps in VS Code chat UI

Problem

The VS Code chat UI does not display timestamps. Session files have them but the UI hides them.

Proposed Solution

  • Hover over message to see timestamp
  • Optional inline timestamp display
  • Date separators between sessions
