[Bug] TUI scrollback buffer insufficient for long responses

Bug Description
Please fix the scrollback in the Claude Code TUI. I no regularly miss about 2/3 of what CC tells me because I can't display it. I'm using Xterm2 on a Mac running Sequoia 15.7.5.
