[BUG] Session history button in Claude Code VSCode extension wipes current active chat

What's Wrong?

When in an active chat in the vscode extension of claude code, clicking the Session History button in the top right instantly wipes the entire chat history, and /resume doesn't bring it back.

What Should Happen?

Claude should not delete chat history when trying to view session history
