[FEATURE] Alphabetical sorting of SSH remote hosts in the host picker

Problem Statement

SSH hosts currently appear in an arbitrary order based on project history. As the number of hosts grows, finding the right one gets tedious.

Proposed Solution

Sorting them alphabetically would make the list much easier to navigate.
