[BUG] V2.1.195 Entering a queued prompt then cancelling still appears in Claude's work context

What's Wrong?

While a previous prompt was being worked on and another prompt is entered it gets added to the work queue. Cancelling that queued prompt still appeared in Claude's context / task list and Claude worked on it.

I might be wrong on the functionality, but I thought before when pressing ESC to cancel a previous queued prompt it would cancel the most recently added prompt.

In the below image we see I have an example prompt entered about ACs. I then followed up about Africa and then pressed ESC which would have removed the Africa AC request.

What Should Happen?

When pressing ESC to cancel a queued prompt it should remove the most recently added prompt from the prompt task queue.
