[Bug] Model generating suboptimal solutions with shortcuts instead of proper implementation

Bug Description
claude code is always using shortcuts and workarounds, which leads to bugs. it is absolutely lazy to do things properly. this is true for all versions. i am using opus on high and it still propeoses lazy buggy shortcuts
