[Bug] Context length automatically set to 1m despite only setting model to Opus

Bug Description
Am unhappy with Claude Code today: the model is set to a 1m context length, which I haven't ever set myself. I've only ever set the model to Opus. And today, with no change since the last time I used it, it complains that 1m context isn't supported (essentially on the Max plan). Yet using the model switcher, there's no way to change that. Please stop vibe coding a major product and actually engineer (and test) it!
