[DOC] Config params `dontCrawlDirectory` and `hasTrustDialogAccepted` not documented

Description
claude config list shows dontCrawlDirectory and hasTrustDialogAccepted as keys. These are not documented in the website (https://docs.anthropic.com/en/docs/agents-and-tools/claude-code/overview#configuration-options) and asking for --help is not informative. One can guess at what they mean, but I'd rather know for sure.
