[BUG] Mouse scroll and clicking are fucking retarded

What's Wrong?

The scrolling is very strange and non-sensical, and mouse-clicking seems random and counter-intuitive - I have no idea what's happening. The recent mouse change is absolutely fucking retarded.

What Should Happen?

Things should just work.
