[BUG] Zoom step is too large in desktop app on Windows

What's Wrong?

The zoom step is too large. At 100%, it's too small, bug at the next step, it's too big. The zoom step in browsers (e.g. Chrome) is way smaller. I have to go to a browser to read comfortably.

The zoom step should be smaller.
